1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have specific meanings that apply consistently throughout the entire document.

• "yeasb" or "Platform" refers to the yeasb.cam website, its mobile version, and any associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the yeasb platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal profile and balance information on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or cashback provided by yeasb.
• "Bet" refers to placing money at risk on the outcome of a specific event.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the sole transaction currency of this platform.

These terms and conditions are written for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the interpretation of yeasb authority shall be considered final.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

To use the yeasb platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use. Managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You must not have any prior account that has been suspended or cancelled by yeasb.
• You must ensure that online gaming is lawful from your current location.

By agreeing to these terms, you declare that all of the above eligibility conditions have been met in your case. yeasb reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited. During registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and payment details.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

yeasb conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure security. Before processing a withdrawal request, you may be asked to submit a national identity card or passport along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, PIN) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. yeasb will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

yeasb supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits through any channel are generally reflected in the account instantly. If a transaction is not completed at the time of deposit, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have a balance of at least ৳500. The payment method used for the withdrawal and the account holder's name must match. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). yeasb does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, charges imposed by your mobile banking provider or bank may apply, which depend entirely on the policies of the respective institution.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳300, and the bonus amount will be withdrawable after fulfilling a 10x wagering requirement.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

yeasb's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can gradually advance to higher tiers through active participation and regular gaming activity.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers will expire if not used within the specified period. It is generally not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time. A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds. yeasb reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

Every bet placed on yeasb is considered final. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a special circumstance such as a technical error or event cancellation occurs.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specified odds and deadlines apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Before placing a bet on any event including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC Championships, check the current odds and rules. Odds may change rapidly during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

Before participating in slots, live casino, and other games, familiarise yourself with the relevant game rules. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. yeasb ensures that all games are conducted fairly and impartially (fair play).

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or software error, yeasb will verify the result of that round before making a decision. yeasb reserves the right to recover any incorrect amounts paid out due to a technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yeasb platform:

1. Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse), such as using multiple accounts.
2. Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or moving funds illegally.
4. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
5. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Engaging in any aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward other members.
7. Placing bets on professional sporting events based on insider information (insider betting).

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

All data and transactions on the platform are protected through SSL encryption technology. Your financial information is never sold or shared with third parties. However, there may be an obligation to provide information to authorities for legal purposes or to assist in investigations.

9. Limitation of Liability

yeasb always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but does not accept liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by loss of internet connection or network issues from third parties.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or from sharing account details with others.
• Service disruption caused by unexpected natural disasters or events.
• Service being stopped or limited due to instructions from a government or regulatory body.

yeasb's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by yeasb

yeasb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, suspicion of illegal conduct, or failure of KYC verification. In such cases the balance may be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Complete any pending withdrawals before making the request. Closing the account will cancel any bonus balance, but the cash balance will be returned once verification is complete.

11. Responsible Gaming

yeasb takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.

• Do not bet beyond your means. Always set your own budget and stick to it.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, take a break.
• A temporary or permanent Self-Exclusion facility is available on our platform.
